Executive Summary & Context

Following a successful organizational capacity-building initiative, a Federal Government entity sought to operationalize AI to address distinct service bottlenecks across its ministry.

The Challenge

The entity needed to redesign legacy processes into agentic workflows capable of analyzing legal cases, managing customer service, and navigating complex compliance frameworks—all without exposing classified data to public LLMs.

Strategic Solution & Workflow Redesign

MENTOR focused on workflow redesign and agent deployment. We architected 26 custom AI agents deployed exclusively within the secure WISE Platform environment. Key deployments included a Legal Case Analyst agent and a Diplomatic Correspondence agent, all configured with strict human-in-the-loop escalation protocols.

Measurable Business Outcomes

  • Achieved 40-80% efficiency gains in document processing workflows.

  • Realized a 70% cost reduction in translation by internalizing tasks through secure AI agents.

  • Scaled operational capacity significantly, optimizing investigation staff allocation to focus on high-value casework rather than manual administration.
