A prominent Federal Government entity required a comprehensive initiative to transition its ministry from isolated AI experimentation to enterprise-level agentic workflows across 10 core departments.


The Challenge

Departments faced manual processing bottlenecks, fragmented data, and a critical need for secure, high-volume multilingual content translation. Furthermore, leaders needed to ensure staff did not just use AI as a basic tool, but integrated it safely into official government operations.
