MENTOR created an E-learning program to raise awareness on business continuity and anti-money laundering for employees of a bank. To create awareness on the importance of business continuity management (BCM) and its implementation at the bank, we created an E-learning program targeted at BC coordinators in various departments and providing information on BCM, the banks related processes, activities and documentation. The program also included various interactive assessments to measure the extent of learning. Integrated within this, MENTOR developed a short awareness video on BCM, handling the storyboarding, voice-over and graphics.
The bank's training department also needed to reduce the number of days that staff attended mandatory 'Fraud & Risk Awareness' training workshops. To achieve this, MENTOR created a bilingual E-learning program on anti-money laundering in collaboration with the bank which served as an introduction to the subject prior to workshop participation and reduced workshop length from two days down to one.
