MENTOR was appointed by a leading UAE bank to deliver an extensive suite of training programs, covering a variety of soft skills topics such as service excellence, team leadership, negotiation skills, performance management, people management practices, workplace communication, and brand and culture awareness. Technical training courses included fraud and forgery detection, professional presentations and global business competition.
A total of 72 sessions were conducted, with participants engaged in learning activities, role playing and case studies with the training experts. The various programs contributed to tangible results in knowledge and performance.
